Tuscaloosa plays host to numerous holiday traditions around Christmastime. There's the West Alabama Christmas Parade and Dickens Downtown. There's also numerous luminary festivals, including a few hosted by the Druid City's neighborhood associations. On December 21st 2003, the Idlewood neighborhood put on its luminary show.
