I just saw the rushing stats. We had 351 yards, that’s pretty good. I was kind of frustrated that we shot ourselves in the foot, but it’s always good to have those kind of stats.

What your evaluation of Croyle coming in and having to be the guy tonight?

When he comes in the hole, he brings a different kind of presence. Tyler has his way of doing things. Brodie comes in there and it’s more laid back. We got some things done. Of course we have some things to work on … the penalties and the loose balls. Once we get that taken care of, we’ll be hard to beat.

How bad do you feel for Ahmaad?

That’s devastating, but we have to close ranks and move on. We love Ahmaad and we know he’ll get back as soon as he can. So we’ll just pray for him and I’m sure everything will work out.

What did they tell you about Ahmaad?

To be honest with you, he really didn’t tell us. I saw that Ahmaad went down, and we really haven’t heard exactly what happened. I was hoping someone would fill me in, but I’m sure we’ll find out tomorrow.

Ahmaad Galloway was lost for the season with an injured knee.
