Reporter - Talk about going into the off week, and what kind of mood you’re in right now.

Well, after a tough loss we’re going to watch film like usual, and then bury it. It’s in the past, and there’s nothing we can do about it now except build on it. It’s the SEC. Anything can happen. You saw Florida lose to Ole Miss today. We’ve got two weeks to prepare for Ole Miss, so we’re just going to watch film, bury it and get our legs back under us and get healthy.

Any surprise that they were able to establish the run like they were today?

I didn’t think they were going to come out running as much as they did. But they got some yards off the run and that kind of surprised me a little bit the way they came out and attacked us like that. But we got a grip on it and eventually shut it down toward the end.

How good are their receivers? We’ve heard a lot about them.

They’re great. They’re great off the line. They know how to go get the ball. They’re just a great bunch of athletes, and that’s all I can say.

What could you hear, when you got in the endzone after your interception return?

I just heard the crowd erupt, and the next thing I know I’m getting beat up by my teammates (laughs). But no … basically I just heard the crowd going crazy, and I was happy our team was back in the game. I just wished we could have finished it off.

Do you feel like you have a lock on the starting cornerback position the way you’ve been playing?

Who knows? Coming off the bench or starting doesn’t matter to me as long as I get to play. We like to rotate a lot anyway, so starting position really doesn’t mean anything to me.
