Senior Split End Dre Fulgham leads a group of receivers that will catch a lot of passes

Dre Fulgham (#3 Sr. SE, 6-1 217 lbs. Montevallo, AL - Montevallo)

These comments came during post game interviews with Alabama Crimson Tide players and coaches ...

Today was just a way to showcase our talent, and when you have someone like Brodie back there throwing it, you can't beat it.

What concerns you in the time between this A Day and Fall practice? What does the receiving corps have to do to get better?

We have to work on our technique, and our conditioning. We need to be in the best shape possible so we can run up and down the field, catch balls and score touchdowns all day long.

Talk about that. It sounds easy, but if you're running pass patterns every play and you don't have the depth you'll have later on, you have to be in pretty good shape.

Yeah, of course you have to be in good shape, running vertical up and down the field the whole game. You've got hustle back and forth because of the play clock, and we call our plays fast. So you have to get in and out of the huddle quick and conditioning is going to be a big part of that because we're going to be running a lot this year.

Are you pretty happy with the way you're catching the ball? And with Brodie throwing the ball, can this receiving corps bring it in?

Oh yeah. Myself, Zach Fletcher, Triandos Luke and AC when he comes back ... we'll have a pretty good receiving corps. I'd say we're one of the best in the SEC.
