The Lloyd Wood Middle School PTA hopes its 2nd annual Bass Tournament at the Binion Creek Landing at Lake Tuscaloosa is another big success. PTA volunteer Kayla Lay says last year's inaugural fishing tournament drew 60 teams and raised $8000 for the school's new computer lab. 2-person teams can pre-register or sign up the morning of the tournament for $110 per team. Cash prizes will be awarded for "Biggest Fish", Best Parent/Child Team, and for the Top 10 teams. There will also be prizes awarded in a number of other categories.
